Our best-ever garden salad

This adaptable recipe for salad, dressed with a balsamic vinegar dressing, makes a great side dish for virtually any meal.

         INGREDIENTS

  • 150g baby rocket
  • 1 avocado, peeled, diced
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar


METHOD
In a large bowl, combine the tomato, avocado, and rocket. Mix the vinegar and oil together, add some salt and pepper, then toss in the salad leaves. Serve right away after dressing.
